Brief summary of the day.I guess I have to update my blog this time round since today is my last day of work in HSBC? haha.. Alright, it's been quite a good day I would say. My colleagues bought me a shirt for the farewell from Bossini. It's wonderful and nice of them, as I only came back to work for a short while and they still buy things for me. Appreciate it;)
Brought lots of stuff with me along today. My bags, and camera to work. And when I came home, along with it is a saxophone. Why? Simply because I'm just too loyal and committed to band as I would go when time permits even when I'm tired.
Let's start from work. Initially, I didn't have a wonderful day I thought as I'm quite bored with work. How I wish I can end early and just walk out of the office. During lunch time, I went to collect the cake which I'd book the day before from Bakerzin. 2 18cm by 18 cm cakes of Chocolate Amer were bought as a gift of farewell from me. Distributed to the teams and all at around 1700. All of them were always amaze and like the cake that I bought. Haha, never did I introduce something bad ei? Oopsie! haha.. and today colour code for office wear is red. Ha, what exactly did I wear? A black polo tee, so sorry! haha..
Work ended, proceeded for band. I had quite a good time spent in band. Met all my fun band mates. Mr Tan was absent today, so we had practices until 2030hr. But I stayed later than that. Almost learnt from Benjamin on how to play "I'm yours-Jason Mraz" on a saxophone. He figured out himself. Thanks for letting me know the notes. A nice guy he is as always! haha.. Instead of practising pieces for year end concert, I was practising on how to play I'm yours. Ha, half-way through the sectional, where did I went? Oh my! Am I suppose to be there? chatting in the store room! Ha! Yupz, another person joined in the conversation. And we decided to have our laughter resume outside of the band room. What a joke! that's our sectional! OMG! One of them is a trombonist, he were busy making all the F1 cars sound out of that trombone, and it really sound like! Edward, another trombonist. You make the "car" sound like subaru. You're also a good motor car sound maker ei? haha..
End of day. After band, Edward accompanied me to take bus to the Dover station before meeting his girl. Following after, I meet Ee Lin! My HSBC colleague. Or rather, a former one as I'm now longer a staff from there anymore. She said she seems to see me everywhere as though I can appear in 2 places at one go. Ha, shocked by what she said. Clarified with her and it was actually because She met me almost everywhere. ha, how coincidental. Followed after was a call from Amos, yea, you cleared my boredom in the train. Thanks. Ee Lin too, she's actually a student from SIM too.. How interesting. I guess I'll see her every thursday night then. Came home, quite happy with my new kitchen cupboard.
Ha, I guess that's all for the day. I'm thristy, time to get quenched!
