Greenview Symphonic Band had just ended their very first investiture. It was their first time so I guess we could not expect much. But they had certainly did a great job! I'm sure nobody would want their concert to be uninteresting. It isn't an easy program and it requires an enormous amount of energy as they had to play song whilst carrying out the investiture. If possible I would strongly encourage the future committee to work in collaboration with the council as that will increase their standard. Ms Yip the band director of Greenview Symphonic Band, who possess the professionalism of directorship, had led us well in many areas and music is definitely one that will not be left out.
What really happened during the concert was the moment which was becoming dreary. So me and Valarie, together with her friend named Alicia decided to clap so as to forbid the ennui of the audience. Amazingly some of the guests clapped along. I really detest the condition of the hall which I believe already put the audience not in a very impressive mood. Furthermore, the acoustic was terrible. But as what Ms Yip said, having this event held in school will be better as it is a home-affair episode.
Following after, when majority of them had left the school, those who were still in school wondered what to do with the leftover food. Ended up having Valarie and Mr Ong having those put in a plastic bag. It doesn't really looks good on anybody when carrying that while having ride on a public transport vehicle. So Valarie took a cab home, whereas Mr Ong and I went to the nearby 'Shop&Save' to collect a plastic bag from a cashier.
And so I reached home, wanted to phone Daron but there were no answer upon the calling process. I'm afraid she maybe asleep as she had just completed her netball camp.
May I make a special request of having any visitor to tag the tag board, even if you are a stranger, you are also cordially welcome but please no other advertising except for blogs please! The reason which I do not put a counter there was because I felt that that would stress certain visitor from coming.
